    What's included?

    • Monthly online lessons: A new branch of the course opens each month, with 4–6 hours of new lessons and 36–48 hours of herbal teaching across the full course.

    • Live Roundtable Reviews: Join Kyle, LIVE to revisit the lessons, ask questions, and share your experiences. These gatherings give us time to talk things through and spend a little longer with whatever needs more attention.

    • 12+ virtual herb walks: Come along with Kyle to meet the plants where they grow. These lessons follow the same free-flowing approach he brings to an in-person herb walk, letting the plant guide the conversation. Along the way, we’ll explore energetics, herbal actions, elemental and astrological correspondences, harvesting, and medicine making, with folklore and stories from clinical practice woven in.

    • Online Community Portal: A place to share what you’re working on, ask questions, and get to know your fellow students. Post a recipe, share a plant photo for help with identification, or bring your own insights and skills to the group. Kyle will also post additional notes and examples from class here.

    • Downloadable lesson handouts: Illustrated PDFs to help you follow the lessons and keep on hand for reference.

    • Certificate of Completion: Receive a certificate when you complete the course.

    Frequently asked questions

Is this course suitable for beginners?

Yes. This course welcomes all levels. Foundational energetics give beginners a structure for understanding plants and people, while offering experienced herbalists ways to expand and refine their existing models. Each branch builds on these foundations through practical examples and close observation.

What will I learn if I’ve already studied herbalism?

You’ll develop your ability to read the book of nature through direct observation and engagement of your senses. A plant’s form, taste, scent, habitat, and growth offer opportunities to understand its qualities. This approach helps you become more independent in your learning, with the discernment to investigate what you’ve been taught and make connections beyond what you’ve memorized.

How are the monthly lessons released?

A new “branch” of the course opens each month, introducing the next area of study. Each branch builds on earlier lessons, giving you time to review, explore, and apply the material as we progress.

How much time should I set aside?

Each branch contains approximately six hours of lessons. Allowing two to four hours per week for lessons, review, and independent study will give you time to develop a thorough understanding of the material.

    Are lessons live or prerecorded?

Both. Each month includes prerecorded lessons that you can study on your own schedule. We also meet live on the third Wednesday of the month at 6 p.m. Central for a Roundtable Review to discuss the lessons, share experiences, and explore your questions in depth.

How long can I access the material?

You’ll have indefinite access to the course material, so you can revisit lessons and continue studying beyond our eight months together.

    Can I ask Kyle questions?

Definitely. The live Roundtable Review is one of the most valuable parts of the course. It gives you time to speak with Kyle directly, ask about the lessons, and explore observations or questions arising from your own study.

    Are payment plans available?

Payment arrangements can be discussed privately. Please contact me before enrolling, and we can talk through the options.

    What is the refund policy?

You can request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment, no questions asked.

What are the dates of the live Roundtable Reviews?

We meet on the third Wednesday of each month at 6 p.m. Central
